elemental druid sucks
elemental druid sucks
elemental druid sucks
elemental druid sucks

not too much help, huh? been there, done that, cannot play in hell

as for assasin

trap assasin is good until you reach hell what can I say

I built a PK assasin (I also have 17 charms of sahdow discipline)
mainly, I use:
Dragon Flight max (level 37)
Claw Mastery max (level 37)
Burst of Speed 7 (level 24)
Phenix Strike 1 (level 18)
death sentry 1 (18)
lighting sentry 1 (18)
shadow warrior 1 (18)
mind blast 1 (18)

I dont use shadow master because you can control shadow warrior, but not master

I quited this game, no fun, the new patch ruins everything

hmmm, okkaayy: summary
- elemental druid sucks at very high level in hell (but rocks in normal and nightmare)
- werebear shapeshift sucks because they attack so slow but have high hitpoints. werewolf on the other hand have lower hitpoints but if you increase its specials then it is good. so which is better?
- no one told me the goody parts about summoning except keeping a few bears with summon ability... sooo is it any good?

thats about it, anything else?

Hmmm i have never tried a druid yet...

as they said, elemental druid sux...

don't focus too much on your summons... it is useless against Diablo (therefore Baal)

And BTW trap assassin is GOOD. RedBlue ain't just playing it right... who has ever been a PURE trap ass anyway?

My Barbarian is starting to become lame... but oh well... LoD will make it up to me...

Do a wearbear if I were you, since wolves you can summon early. So be different, use your wolves as bait and hack your way... my opinion

I've seen two pure trap assasins
they (the characters suck, players dont, they have the best pk barb and pk amazon on USWest back in cDII) suck at both PvM and PvP

My friend ran a druid, and his werewolf rocks, max lycanthropy(at lvl 20 it gives around +140% hp's) putting just enough points into the other skills so that you can use the special attacks, like fury,

Then max werewolf (werebear sux(if unpatched it easily rocks damage wise, but with the 1.09 patch their damage is severely reduced, and it only has a lvl 24 skill, which isn't as good as the werewolf lvl 30 skill IMHO) it gives you better attack rating, stamina (woohoo *twirls finger in air*) attack movement and generally rocks, then pump up your attack skills, my friend beat diablo in around 30 seconds and actually survived the sitting through a blast of red lightning w/o using a healing or rejuv potion (he used several immediately after, but thats beside the point)...

Alright alright you've got me. By the time I figured a pure trap assasin was bad, it was too late. The traps do help, Wake of Fire, Wake of Inferno, and Death Sentry are very nice. Trap Assasins are good for Pk too, since they basically just run away the entire time, like amazons and sorceresses. Unfortunately monsters don't come one at a time...

trap assasin sucks at PK
my character absorb lighting dmg from lvl 27 lighting sentry (hell, he absorb nova and thunderstorm as well )

and fire inferno really cannot be used in PK

also, Morgeruat, shapshifter eventually ran out the game at the end. melee in hell is a no-no

actually I've found them quite viable as a high power speed killer, just got mine into hell, and had not trouble kicking the crap out of diablo and all his minions along the way, using a a gemmed maul(2 perfect skulls, and a saphire) at fast attack speed normally rocks, with they're other bonuses they are nasty melee-ers, his is now at lvl 42 with an Attack rating of around 4600, damage of over 300-450 (nice set and crafted eq)
