You can unlock them? Well, I'm givin advice based off the SCII on Ps2, not Gamecube, so I just assumed they were the same (other than for Link and Heihachi). I beat Weapon Master but never unlocked any of them.

Yeah, I'm a big fan of Kilik too Timber, he's my favorite other than Nightmare and Yun Sung.

In my version, you can beat Weapon Master more than once. Once you beat it, you go through again, playing all the levels again -- and opening up many more.

I take it you have the Ps2 version?

I do too, I just never bothered going back through the levels because the difficulty in them gets a bit insane from then on out.

Personally, I have to use different characters for different levels.

I try to use Mitsurgi as much as possible, but if I need a high damage dealing character, I use Nightmare. I'm tempted to just use Link and rape everything.

The difficulty isn't all that hard. It may be a LOT easier on Gamecube, but I don't know.

I got Ps2 and unlocked Assassin and Beserker. Can't remember what teh coditions are for them now, but Lizardman is to have all stages completed.

They ain't selectable for weapon master though.

To unlock Beserker, you have to beat the all Beserker dungeon on the 2nd time through.

Here are how to get the characters on Gamecube

Berserker: Beat Stage 1 of Subchapter 1 in Weapon Master Mode
Lizardman: Beat All Stages of Subchapter 2 in Weapon Master Mode
Assassin: Beat Stage 2 of Subchapter 3 in Weapon Master Mode
Yoshimitsu: Beat Stage 3 of Subchapter 2 in Weapon Master Mode
Charade: Beat Stage 1 of Subchapter 3 in Weapon Master Mode
Cervantes: Beat Stage 4 of Subchapter 3 in Weapon Master Mode
Sophitia: Beat Stage 5 of Subchapter 4 in Weapon Master Mode
Seung Mina: Beat Stage 3 of Subchapter 6 in Weapon Master Mode
