LOL Dunno why but the "not too bad" just cracked me up

Well, okay, bloody good deals. It's just that the bidding can go insanely high if a lot of people become interested.

Buy it. The story is deep, the dialogue is interesting, the shadows are scary and everything you say affects your alingment. And I just love the Planescape universe.

It is a very good game, a classic. Very unique in that there IS a lot of dialogue. It is like reading a book in many ways combined with playing the game. And it is one unbelievably deep story that actually put tears in my eyes re the ending movie. Where I live I see the game here and there, usually in those little CD stands in game stores, the "discount" stands. I saw it for $10.00, and it was packaged with another game, Soulreaver I think. So it can still be found, for a very cheap price, in some stores. And never forget good ol' E-bay, where you can usually always find those good older games when they disappear in stores. I sent my own copy of PST to a friend here on IWs, Sazerac, and he really loved it. Great game, and definitely worth the effort to find it.

Aye indeed, Planescape Torment is a masterpiece of digital art/literature fusion. It asks some big questions to the player whilst sucking one's mind into a uniquely deep world, filled with fascinating mini-stories and NPCs. It took me a long time last year to complete it and still it felt like many parts of it were unexplored. Utterly reccomended for players who want more depth in their games.

I managed to buy it from a local second hand store for $15 AUS, although it did come lacking the proverbial RPGers map which I've still yet to find someone willing to part with .

But yeah, may your quest to find it be successful!

I think I just bought it on eBay for USD 0.99 (plus six times that for shipping, of course). Now I'm counting the days. Thanks all!
