I have not played in awhile. My two main decks are White/Blue and Red/Green.

However there are risks getting them as there have been rumors of it getting banned in the future.
I only have one and, I'm not buying any more booster packs until Fifth Dawn (which haven't come yet in NZ) comes out.

Oh, and I'm glad I didn't buy Onslaught, invasion and scourge set.

Onslaught was actually OK, with the fetchlands, baloths, exalted angels, biddings, etc. Fifth dawn hasn't come out anywhere yet BTW. IIRC it is released worldwide on the same date although I can't remember exactly when.

I hear that it will be released at the end of may. (I'm in NZ btw.)

Well...I'm thinking of going to the pre-release at 22nd May actually.

Problem is, I'm kinda broke at the moment...

Playing magic will do that to you.

It costs me NZD$50 to enter, and at 9am!
Perhaps it's worth it when I get more cards?

Getting more new cars will cost you most of the money, especially by buying booster packs. However those packs are what makes it fun, seeing which new cards you got instead of knowing what you buy. I think I spend a couple of 100 Euros on magic, way too much anyway
