I have Logitech Optical Mouse. I use WASD keys for moving,C for ducking,Shift for Run/Walk,Mouse Wheel for switching weapons,Space Bar for jumping. But i play only BG and similar stuff.
 So i only need mouse!

I just use the basic mouse and keyboard, plain and simple. Then again, quake is plain and simple.
