For instance in Vivec, last time i played i remember jumping off the top bridges to the bottom level, as a shortcut. You try to do that at level 3 or 4, you're character will most likely drop dead, but once you reach a certain level it doesn't matter anymore. You'll be running up mountains and jumping off cliffs like a madman, and fatigue is almost a non-issue when you reach that point. Not sure anymore what level i'm talking about here, but i guess it's somewhat between 20 and 30.
