That's right, and killing citizens is not in any way rewarding other training your skills a bit.

Its' better not to specialize in medium armor, because there isn't a lot of that

Though I reckon full orc armour is the coolest looking in the game (at least cooler than everything I've seen so far, including glass, daedric, dwemer, ebony and dreugh).

With Tribunal/Bloodmoon there's a little more to choose from, and it's actually not too bad either.
