Nothing worked. I went on another message board and found others were having the same problem. Some one posted the console fix and I got around the problem. Thanks for the help.

Talk to some of the people walking round the camp, they help you out and give you some surgestions about the riddle, then on the map you need to follow the coastline across the north of the island, until just befor the mountains that on the other side is the grasslands, just past the Dwmner ruins and dedric Shrine. Turn south down this road and follow as it sweeps to the left and round in a circle, enter the door and speak to all the ghosts, they answer your questions and give you the Ring you need and some other stuff.
Then return to the wise woman. She should help you from there on. |
