These are teleportation spells. You "Mark" your spot anywhere you want- and then cast "recall" when your want to instantly teleport there.
Great spells! A little trick is load your self down with treasures by hundreds of pounds over what you can carry then teleport to your Mark and dump it!. Mark by guild guides and silt striders is very handy and sometimes if you get a quest, mark right next to whom ever gave it to you -do the quest and instantly teleport back to your mark! Only 1 mark is available to you thow. It works wonders escaping dangerous sitautions- but you have to have some majic left to do this.
