Sorry for the delay! I will be posting tomorrow morning, first thing I do. I was putting off until I could think my way into Jonal's head and decide how I wanted to react next.

Just tell me how many points to deduct from my magic score for the silent as a fox ability.

There is wind blowing among the grass, so as long as he doesn't see you the sentry shouldn't bother with small sounds of grass, but if you want to use it then I leave the exact amount up to you. Since I made the magic system freeform MP exists only to be able to compare the magic abilities of the different characters, so I'll leave that up to you.

Then if the DM placed wind factor on the grass, that would mean that Jonal did not have to work at his silent movement like he thought he would, and therefore the MP energy that would have been used for the movement was negated. However, I will still slice off a shard of that power just to prove that he was intentionally working at keeping low and quiet.

In light of this:

This isn't totally right.

So could you please edit it a slight bit?

Forgot to add the damage taken in the post. Lorax has taken 69 damage (is now on 1 HP) and Jonal has taken 34 damage (is now on 35 HP and has been knocked out).

OOC: looks like it's all up to Taryness now...and don't worry I'll let the information slip that for some reason they want you alive... [Smile] If the guy had wanted to kill you, then the dagger would have gone between the shoulderblades. He had a pretty clean target.

between the ribs can do alot of damage, if he hit a lung jonal would be dead before he hit the ground and unable to even wheeze, plus there's alot of organs protected by the ribs that could've been hit...
