Indeed it would. BG2 was a modded game anyway; it wasn't true 2ed. What bonuses does a dwarven defender get? I'm unfamiliar with 3ed... Also, what subrace of dwarf is he? Meh, I will tell you that it shouldn't be *too* hard, anyway, if your instrested, PM me please, and I can give you details of character creation - its remarkably simple, and if you need any help, I can always give you a hand. 2ed doesn't use feats, but it does have other things... anyway, we can discuss how to convert over PMs, if your intrested.
