OOC: sorry i'm not dming type, i'll ask my husband if he'd like to. i understand being new, i'm just barely not new. i can't promise nathan will want to, he's dming a ravonloft campaign on here and i beleive the stone continues, unless that is done freely, i haven't a clue. but i will ask him.

legolas-maybe if you explained what you were expecting more we'd be able to incorporate your gaming style. i love learning new things, and tho i may be hesitant in rl to learn new gaming styles, i can edit any embarassing mistakes made on here. as far as taking on 6 goblins and having a 50% chance to win, i kinda understand. my lovely elf seems to be able to bounce back from anything. but then again when we rl game she has two mages, a psionicist and a cleric helping. well the mages don;t always help....okay way off topic. if nathan says he'll dm maybe you and darkangel can pm him and he (being a very creative dm) can work things out for us. it is hard to do much wihtout someone controlling. just look at the elves vs dwarves battle. in less than 3 pages the forest and the caves were destroyed. that was uber! anyway.....

OOC: Nah, it's okay. I seriously doubt mixing the two settings would work out, so I'll keep Krak in the bar for now.
Your party may meet another (proper DnD) character later on though, as I've no doubt this could get interesting

Do you just wanna fight goblins?

"Oh there goes." the old man turned a blackened face towards you, the chains on his dirty wrists rung a small noise. The sleeves were torn off, and he supported himself against the old brick wall with his bony hands. It was all quiet outside, but you could smell the excitement mounting with anticipation.

He whispered excitedly with a dried voice "Look! It is happening!"

A terrible scream pierced through the night, you shuddered at its indication. Several more screams came, followed by a crowd's "woo" and "ahh". The old man made a sympathetic face, and swung his head to you briefly, "come on! Don’t miss the show!"

Intrigued, you peeked through the iron bars. The lower half of a body flailed in the air like leaves being carried by wind. A gigantic shadow, towering over the bonfire, of what appeared to be a serpent chewed on it. The huge reptilian head shook viciously, and you saw the body bent in violence. In responds, several cheers shouted as each time the body makes a snapping sound. The bonfire jumped with each cheers, and the cheers grew with each passing seconds.

Finally, the dark serpent head rose in the air, and relaxed its jaws then snap it shut in a fluid moment. The body enlarged the serpent's mouth, then throat, and then vanished. The whole crowd, the entire tribe of Spearsharp, arose with insanity. Crazed shouts of worship and submission shook your quarter vibrantly, and you saw many of the goblins bent on their knees, and many more climbed passing the others trying to get close to their 'God'.

"Ahhhhhhh" the old man muttered sympathetically, unable to hide his excitement. Disgusted and disturbed, you sat back on the dark, filthy floor. The noise seemed to be distanced by the walls. "Are you," you asked the old man in disgust, "are you entertained by this???"

"Yeah," the old man turned to you and cracked a toothless smile, "because tomorrow night I will be up there."

this is an introduction. your party (bounty hunters, mercenaries, sellswords, or whatever adventurers) was captured by the Spearsharp tribe and witnessed the ceremony. the story start from here, that is IF you want me as a DM. I have another game running right now, so I will make this game short. It will be a short adventure for level 1 party, but I will make it fun.

if I pass, as a dm, then I will post my rules on character.

Yes Yes Yes!!! Tivoli theatre still show movie the Spirited Away... so I still can see it, don't need to feel bad about oversleep now, lol

alright, since I am so lucky, I am in good mood, everyone gets... well, no bonus.

1. Of course, you pick your character name, gender, class and race. nothing too fancy. that means no planar destroyer or psonist. all basic ad&d classes are allowed, but not all kits.

2. Stats: 18, 16, 16, 14, 12, 10
You can distribute these five (did I say five? damn, must be drunk, six) stats on Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligent, Wisdom and Charisma anyway you like.

3. Saving throws, Fortitude, Reflex and Will. you can look up on your phb if you have one, or I will just do it for you. if you do it yourself, you get +1 bonus on one of the three saves (you choose).

4. Hp, you start with max HP

5. Items: you start with no items, you are prisoners, remember? and no familiars unless you can roleplay one well.

6. Background: a well written, detailed background is the first step to great roleplaying. exp bonus or HP bonus.

7. House rules: you will see during game plays. I have quite a few house rules, but nothing unfair.

that said, I will go back to drinking now. I am not an alcoholic, just a little beer helps me sleep. I dont want to stay up and miss the movie again
