She gulps the cooling liquid gratefully, feeling it running down her parched throat ~ "Thank you, Grindall." ~ She blinks twice, shaking her head slightly ~ "I... I had the strangest dream..."
But what that all it was... a dream?... Worry begins to creep onto her face ~ "... at least, I think it was one..." ~ She places the goblet back onto the bedside table, looking into his gleaming eyes ~ "Well, whatever it was, I met my master again." ~ At the words, her words falter ~ "He... he said he'll torture me until..." ~ Her voice breaks off, and she looks away. Too ashamed to face him. |
