Anybody can cast it, so long as their WIS is high enough. This does not mean that you can do it multiple times though, you can only do it once.

This is the limited wish adventure. It is one of the options when you cast the spell.

Anyway, potions of Insight raise the user's wisdom to 18, so obviously they're not cumulative, and Mind Focusing potions add 3 points of Wisdom. So just use the Insight potions and you should be ok. [img]smile.gif[/img]
