Actually your a llooooooooooooooong way form the end, you have a chance in a bit to do the questes like trademeet you skiped, and actuualy the watchers keep thing wont work, beacuse a new wathcers keep is made for ToB, so anthing there will be lost as well.

Darth Bob, that is incorrect. Watcher's Keep remains the same in both SoA and ToB. I usually loot the first level while I am in SoA and finish it off in ToB. Anything you put in a container will remain there, enemies you killed, will remain dead, etc... ...
