before leaving underdark, give all your drow equipment to a NPC and then leave him tell him to wait you in coppor cronet. Return there and voila drow equipment surface!

Bladesinger is Elven, not Drow, so it doesn't disintegrate when in sunlight.

If you work for Bodhi, you'll get some Elven Chain +1 at the end of your final mission. It's being worn by Someone Important.

It's drow chain which will disintegrate when you exit the Underdark, unless you employ one of any number of cheats/workarounds to prevent it from happening.
