Pfft, it's been a while, but the main idea was casting a limited wish spell, asking for a one time wish, and then ask for an adventure you've never experienced before. That will trigger the limited wish quest

Repeatable Wishes:

I wish for my entire party to be healed. (WIS 10+) -- Heals the party
I wish that none of my party would die of their wounds.(WIS 9-) -- poisons the party.
I wish that spells I have cast would be restored, that I might cast them again!
(WIS 16+) -- get Spells back.
I wish for my spells to be restored! (WIS 15-) -- lose Spells already memorized.
I wish to make my party invulnerable. (WIS 12+) -- casts Globes of
Invulnerability for the party.
I wish that magic would fail to affect me or my party. (WIS 11-) -- Party can't cast spells.
I wish to summon a horde to overrun my enemies. -- Summons a rabbit
I wish to be protected from the undead.(WIS 10+) -- Negative Plane Protection, Party
I wish to be protected from undead. (WIS 9-) -- Summons Vampires right now.

I wish to be rich. (WIS 10+) -- gives 2000 gold and several gems.
I wish for a powerful magical item. (WIS 11+) -- Full Plate +2
I wish to be more experienced.(WIS 3+) -- summons several Golems to fight
I wish to see all as it really is. (WIS 12+) -- Glasses of Identification
I wish for an adventure like none I've ever experienced before.(WIS 10+??) -- starts the "gong" quest, and gives you a scroll.
I wish for control over time. (WIS 14+) -- casts Time Stop
I wish to be anything I desire. (WIS 6+) -- Allows you limited Polymorphs
I wish to be prepared for anything. (WIS 10+) -- casts Chain Contingency
I wish that all my enemies will die. (WIS 11+) -- casts Wail of the Banshee

Now you tell me, if your sorcerer has good wisdom, isn't that a great spell to have on a sorcerer? This one spell will give your sorcerer actually 4 repeatable spells..

Party healing
Party globes of invulnerability
Spell relearning
Party plane protection

Plus you get some one time wishes also. 4 spells in one, excellent for any mage, especially a sorcerer.

You can only do each spell once per party if i remember right. ie you can only choose the "I wish to be more experienced" or "I wish for a powerful magical item" options once, probably to prevent you sitting there racking up XP points and amassing items willy nilly. Maybe that's why its called a limited wish huh.
