That is right.
It has gone gold, and as Gimmick mentined, there is still no release date as of today, Sunday the 17th.
And for those of you that think that just because you have pre-ordered it, and it will be arriving at your house in 2-3 business days...well, just remember that Amazon.com or whoever have to buy these things first, before they ship the to you...and if we cannot buy it in the stores, neither can they.
And if they release it before the manufacturer's listed date...that is called a law-suit.

*sigh* You got me hoping it was out. Grrrr... Oh, a bit of info for the people who pre-ordered: with BG2, many who pre-ordered didn't get their copy until a little bit AFTER BG2 was in regular stores. Just something to think on.

Guys , head over to black island's TOB forum . DOwn there people have been posting that Tob has been released all that (blablabla!). But i read some post that says ToB can be d/l illegaly from the net

its available , but i do not know which website is that or r they just toking crap!

INFORMATION:
I just called Best Buy (Chicago) and they say that although they were supposed to have gotten the game already, there was distribution problem and they don't have any in stock yet. They say to check on the next day they get new merchadise, varying from Tuesday to Friday. Death to distribution problems...
