If I were you i'd dump Nalia and pick up Jan, he is an awsome thief (best in game) and has some of the best dialog too.

Only thing is if you scrap Aeria that only leaves you with one healer, a druid at that. Call me crazy but every party needs at least one pure cleric for healing purposes. Multi-classed clerics are okay I guess, but you can't beat a single class Cleric. Some of their high level spells are awesome.

My suggestion would be to scrap Valygar for Keldorn. (That's a no brainer for me...I can't really find a good use for Valygar...) I would also scrap Aerie for Edwin, but then you might consider swapping Nalia for Viconia or Anomen. It all depends on what is more important: Magic or Healing

I would choose Vic over Ano just because she is a pure cleric, but if you are going to take Keldorn, i would suggest going with Ano because Keldorn and Viconia fought too damn much in my game had to restart a lots cuase they kept killing eachother and laeving my damn party =(

I would choose Aerie and Jan to cover the mage side of things. Edwin is an annoying,argumentative git.
Aerie and Anomen for clerical skills. Viconia is a sour cow.
Jan for thieving skills, his items and armor help his cause a lot. Nalia just dose not make the grade.
Keldorn, Minsc and Anomen act as the Tanks. Valygar is as much use as a chockolate fire gard.
Minsc, Boo and Jan provide the best light entertainment.

This should leave you with room to play any class and you keep a good alignmet team.

Edwin provides great entertainment... as for their annoying attitudes, they have every right for the skill they provide you... sad to say.
