Yeah, just kill em quick. Seeing as they are hasted, have a good AC and THAC0 and level drain they are probably the most dangerous common creatures you can come accross. Either give the Amulet of Power to the pointman, or the restoration spell holder (so you don't loose the spell if she/he is attacked). I generally just do what these guys said, but the restoration person has the Amulet of Power. I don't know if the sunstone pellet thingys work against Vampires, you know the ones which you get from the Amuanator temple in the North-eastern forrest.

6ofspades... I dont think they do, cause I can cast all the healing spells I want and the Cowls dont care [img]tongue.gif[/img]

ive been trying to attract cowled freaks with my solo monk, and they also ignore spells cast from a wand. i dont know about scrolls, but they might be the same.

The Cowled Wanks dislike scroll magery, as my Sorcerer found when he also found his first Find Familiar scroll in the pocket of a recently deceased shadow thief.
