The dwarf is in the dock-district and his name is ... don't remember, but if you read the text when you load or save a game you will probably see his name. After that just use your map.
I killed the golem with Llilarcor and the +5 sling, and it just stood there stupid at the door. |

There's also a scroll the shadow dragon in the temple of Amaunator drops, which is the fourth part to the Crom Faeyr. The dwarf's name is Cromwell, and he's in the southeastern part of the docks district. His forge is marked on the map.
