I had a necro too (I didn´t even finish chapter1) and I used 6 skeletons, a clay golem and lots of bone teeth to do my massacres.

I´m almost level 32 now and I´ve almost finished chapter 2 in nightmare skill (i have a false tomb and the true tomb to explore). I´m collecting lots of gems and transmuting them to get 3 perfect gems of the same type and make a super axe.
