There is a pipe you pick up in the monestary. I think one is by the chest is the slime room and one is in the upper monestary in the room with the pool way back in the corner. I can't remember if you find one or two pieces in the monestary. There is one piece on assention peak you can get pretty early if you enter where bela is before you get two artifacts that way the Rapax won't cause the avalanch. I think that item is a shovel. I think the other piece is in sea caves on the beach somewhere. It's been so long I'm a little fishy. It is a staff, pipe a shovel and something else. I'll look through my notes later and find out.

You get the pipe in the monestary and merge it with a quarterstaff, then merge it with the crowbar you find in the umpani caves Somewhere in the uneplored area I think, and then merge it with the shovel you find on AP. It is well worth it to train your gadgeteer on staff for this.

Thanks Nightwing,
I just started a party of Ranger Gadgy and Monk. I know where the shovel and pipe is and the quarter staff is easy. I do remember the crow bar from somewhere too.

And the monk staff that Braffit sells only appears after you get a certain level, but it is a pretty good staff and I think it is level 12

Ok, I found the crowbar in the Umpani Caves right in front of the wall you have to knock down with the mummy and chest in it. That's 3 parts. I'm only about level 9, so I'll take a level or to before getting to the peak. I have to get passed Justinian.

You can combine them now to make a pretty decent staff you don't have to wait for the 4th piece. Don't attempt going accross the bridge before level 11 or you throw the level sensor off and you will generate Bitter wings instead of flying snakes.

Hmm, good to know.

I got the Ranger, Monk and Gadgy armor pretty quick. I was about level 11.
