Armageddon attachment? I don't think I ever got up to that level. What does the Armageddon attachment do?

Armageddon attachment is the final omnigun improvement (omnigun mk 12). You get it at gadgeteer level 26 (?).

Description:
"The Armageddon Attachment gives you a small chance of inflicting a wide variety of conditions."

It adds 1% sleep, 1% paralyze, 1% poison, 1% hex, 1% disease, 1% frighten, 1% drain HP, 1% drain SP, 1% drain stamina, 1% nauseate, and 1% insane.
