quote: I think the Samurai is harder to master than the Monk. The Monk basically needs Martial Arts, Critical Strike, Stealth and Close Combat. The Samurai needs Swords, Dual Weapons, Close Combat and Critical Strike. While that's 4 to 4, the Samurai really needs HIGH values especially in Swords and Dual Weapons to get all the attacks ans swings. So it takes longer to turn him into a tank. And I would rather spend ZERO points into magic. If you do, you'll end up with a bad fighter/magican. But consider this: Give her Bloodlust. That way, she'll allways go berserk. Mine is only level 9 and goes allready 3 times beserk with it and deals out more than 100 damage. And it could be more if she was using Bloodlust only but I decided to keep the wakizashi to practice Dual Weapons. Once this is high enough, she'll get all the attacks and swings. Remember, don't give Bloodlust to a fighter as theses allready have the beserk option. Okay, this won't work for you, if you prefer ranged attacks. But I prefer to charge as fast as possible. quote: But the monk won't have all the points gained through practice which could be a lot around e.g. level 10. |
