Biel? Biel?
You're a rookie when it comes to hot women, Timber, and you know it. Sheesh! Not even capable of seeing the difference between Jessica Alba and Jessica Biel. ![]() I suggest you watch Blade Trinity again!

She has? And there I was thinking she was a natural beauty!! Whatever happened to that series of her anyway? What was it called again?

Yeah, I didn't know Alba had surgery. What kind? Info please.
As for mixing up Biel and Alba, I refuse to apologize, because either is acceptable to me!! (Actually if pressed, I prefer the Canuckistanian.) |

And That's some thought, Jessica Alba and Jessica Biel in one thought. Now there's a movie worth seeing! [ 07-15-2005, 06:05 PM: Message edited by: Link ]

Alba's been doing film work since the ripe old age of 12, so I'm sure that if she's been re-boobified, it's apparent in pictures over her career.

I agree--definitely better than Daredevil, the Hulk, and Electra (I notice that one doesn't even get a mention here ).
True, the plot is a little slow during the first third of the movie but I always enjoy seeing a character come to grips with their powers--did we all enjoy that one scene in Spiderman? Of course, each character's powers and personality tie together. That being said, I did find Ms. Alba's performance to be..well...invisible. Oh, well. The guy playing the Torch did a really good job. His character is genuinely likeable and charismatic, just like the comic book Torch. Although they did give the Torch some of the best lines in the movie ("where are your ears?" ), Chiklis' Thing and MchMahon's von Doom stole the show...as I knew they would. Both are very well-accomplished actors from the small screen. All in all...a must-see. In fact, so far I rate it as a better summer blockbuster than Revenge of the Sith. Now we just need to wait a little longer and see how Legend of Zorro fares....

Wow, much better than I expected! I thought it was a little better than the first XMen even. Johnny Storm was probably the best character, IMO. His lines were great!

It was for the most part more true to the comic than X-men 1 or 2 (which work best as "inspired by" works), With of course the exception of Dr. Doom. Still a very enjoyable movie that had me thoroughly engaged nearly the entire time.

The only thing, really, that I didn't like was the fight with Dr. Doom. I was hoping it was going to be more drawn out, like the Spiderman ones.
