Sounds good people...But really, I just want to play! Maybe I'll just go email some Metallica lyrics to my friends, and see if they can guess them...

I could always put up three song lyric quotes if you wanted me to, and tell you which era and what type of genre they are?

ok here's the first one, it's by a popular female country singer, and was released in 2000 - 2001 on her 4th album (I think, but it's somewhere around that number):
"It's not easy trying to understand,
How a world can be so cold,
Stealing the souls of the man.
Cloudy skies rain down on all your dreams,
You wrestle with the fear and doubt,
Sometimes it's hard but you gotta believe...."

Next song, it's by a light rock band (consists of four members), and was released this year on their debut album:
"Long lost words whisper slowly, to me,
Still can't find what keeps me here.
When all this time i've been so hollow inside
I know you're still there..."

Last song, by a popular heavy metal male singer, and was released on his eighth album in 2000:
"And I'm a black rainbow,
And I'm an ape of god.
I got a face that's made for doing violence upon,
I'm a teen distortion,
Survived abortion,
A rebel from the waist down..."

Song used in a very odd movie with a weird rabbit in it -

"Went to school and I was very nervous
No one knew me
No one knew me
Hello teacher tell me what’s my lesson
Look right through me
Look right through me"
