Are we talking guy movies here or buddy movies?
If its the first I'd have to say Predator tops the poll - one female character, and she has fewer lines than Silent Bob usually gets. Also the film rocks in such a ridiculous number of ways... If its the second then I don't think you can go far wrong with The Big Lebowski. Possibly a contraversial choice, I know, but when you think about it The Dude and Walter are the classic odd couple. One's the laziest ex-hippy pacifist the world has ever seen, and the other is a Vietnam veteran with an anger management problem and an apprent belief that he's Jewish...

Any one of the Bond series, Black Mask, Blade I & II, Mad Max: Road Warrior, Lethal Weapon, the early Seagal movies, the first Rambo, Rocky I & II, anything with Chuck Norris, anything directed by John Woo, all the Die Hard series...
I am sensing a pattern here. Lots of chop-socky action and/or guns seems to be the common thread. I wonder if you could make a film that is simply a 2-hour-long coreographed fight scene or gun battle? If done correctly, I can envision it.

Why haven´t anyone mentioned "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly"
Dirty unshaved men shooting at each other. You don´t get more macho than this.
