Its Ripley. And I heard rumors that it will involve an invasion of Earth.

I agree with Rimjaw, all three of the first Alien films were good, Resurrection was absolute suckage.

I'm willing to give a fourth the benefit of the doubt - but only if they finally let Ripley go and take a fresh look at the Alien universe.

I could have sworn I read somewhere that Weaver said she would not do the fourth if it was set on Earth. This was a LONG time ago though (just after Res came out)

Very cheap. But it does sound quite amusing.

maybe they'll follow the arcade game Alien vs Predator. the Aliens attack earth and humans cannot contain them. then suddenly out of nowwhere the predator come and attack all the aliens and thus help save earth from then aliens.

what's wrong with Ripley? I kinda like her in the movies.

Cameron said he is out if the they do an Alien v Predator movie. He likened it to schlock like the Wolfman vs Frankenstein.

Nothing wrong with Ripley, I just feel that they've played her story out. Look at Resurrection - how can they recover from that suckfest without disavowing it entirely, or perhaps doing a backtime story?

Plus Weaver is getting a little old for the role.

you don't say, he will do that? why I think it is a great idea if they combine those two together. if they can make it in a game why not in a movie? think about all those aliens movie fans and predator movie fans. they could make millions.

I can imagine an Aliens vs Predator movie would suffer from a serious lack of dialogue.
