Well... I bought it when it first came out, and I liked it. There are more things happening in this one than in the last few previous books.

i definitly agree about that.. but still... compared with the other books its interesting, but still a little boring.. im kinda glad its starting to reach its climax already.

Truly epic - yes - but at the moment, truly slow.

Don't get me wrong, I am a Jordan fan, but he has slowed this down way too much. I am starting to think about mortality, and whether I will still be alive in another 40 years when he finally finishes the thing (leastwise it feels like he is gunna take that long at current rate of progress).

Having said that, it won't stop me rushing out and parting with my "hard earned" the minute the next hard back is released .

personally i prefer sword of truth series by terry goodkind. its faster pacing in every book, very interesting philosophies, great action and description. [img]smile.gif[/img] one of my favorites of all time but going off topic here ...
