Wilbur Smith's Warlock would be awesome. Set in ancient Egypt, massive battles in the desert....cool.

Is the SciFi Chan version of Dune out on a 3 DVD special ed? I saw that and it was pretty decent.

(Morrowind must have been written by Dune fans!)

Baldurs gate 1 and 2 would make an awsome movie. Icewind Dale would also be cool.

Dean Koontz' "Fear Nothing" and "Sieze the Night". "Thief of Time" would be good as well. Hopefully done by someone like Peter Jackson who loved the books and stays as close as possible to them. Of course that would be great for just about any movie. I am so tired of jerk-off directors who cave in to Studio exes or who have never even read the books they are translating to film. The Dune, Conan, Watchers and Phantoms movies are prime examples of this kind of video-spam.

I would like to see the Nights Dawn Trilogy by Peter F Hamilton made into a a series of films, great space and land battles, creepy undead, fit babes and wierd aliens, you can't ask for more.
That or the Chasm City series by Alester Reynolds, some of the fire fights would be expensive to make though
