Willow and The Princess Bride. I also really loved the Conan movies, especially the first one. BTW, did you know that the princess in Conan the Destroyer was only 16 when they filmed the movie?? Cripes, she was half-naked the whole time!

I'm glad I didn't read the Conan books though. I probably wouldn't have been able to enjoy the movies as much as I did. The 13th Warrior was ruined for me by reading Michael Crichton's Eater's of the Dead... Such a good story, but the film was rather poorly put together in my opinion

I totally agree..Princess Bride hands down! I just got it on DVD and the stories behind the scenes on the disk make it an even better movie for me.

The Sinbad movies were quite awesome for their time, and even now. Ray Harryhausen's special effects for the time were quite outstanding.

Red Sonja was quite memorable when I watched it at age 12.

I just read about what will be new favorite fantasy movie....Fireworks Entertainment bought the rights to the whole RA Salvatore stuff and are going to make a series out of the whole Forgotten realms thing and either a movie or TV mini serious about Drizzt Do'O-whatever.

Conan movies ( both of them where's Arnold playing head character... )
I saw first Conan when I was only 7 years old and I love it!

Well my granmother didn't allow me to watch it whole, but I saw it when I was older and now I have it on DVD! [img]smile.gif[/img]
