Infinity Explorer shows only that he's scripted to, not that he will. As you point out, he must possess the item in order to deliver it. The problem is he doesn't have it. With the cause isolated, someone can fix it.

But for an expedient, the industrious reader may make the following connections:

1) I'm properly due a reward for this quest.
2) IE tells me I'm due item CLCK06.
3) CLUAConsole:CreateItem("CLCK06")

Thanks for the info, Six. Anyway to make him give you the cloak with out using CLUA? Like, by using infinity explorer or IEEP or something?
