In TOB , there is a chinchilla Bhaalspawn !!!!!!
it's true! So I wouldn't be surprised if there actually are bhaalspwan kobolds. For all we know, there are bhaalspwan rats running loose everywhere

Refresh my memory. What exactly is a chinchilla?

A chinchilla is a large member of the rodent family, most noted for its very thick, rich fur. They are grey, and look like a cross between a rabbit and a guinea pig. I believe they are native to South America, and are herbivores.

As to Kobolds being weak, I must point out that many of the Kobolds in BG2 use Composite Longbows, which require a STR of 18 to use. Not that I'm saying that that makes any sense, I'm just pointing it out.

herbivores
I once got bitten in my index finger by such a creature - herbivores??? Pffffftt

I guess this Mister Bhaal has been very 'productive' and not very choosy about who he picked for a one-night stand (he didn't even care to protect himself)

Sythe would love it. Of course the Charisma could never go higher than 9, even for a particularly exceptional Kobold. Their Strength would be limited in a similar fashion. Who would have imagined Bhaal would have made kobold offspring.
uurgh, let just think about that shall we, THe one and only almight lord of murder going around forcing his human self on poor little defenceless kobold lasses
