Your thinking the creator ruins under the troll caves in chapter 2... they're talking the ones in chapter 3... which is filled with lava.. much like a fire giant cave

aaa that explains it, i must have missed them or something then when i went through chapter 3, it did seem kind of short.

If you finished chapter 3, you did the creator ruins. That's where one of the words of power is located.
