I agree the graphics dated at the time (it was published 3 years ago) but the story line and characters were great. The interaction between your charater and the memebers in your group are as good as it gets, in my opinion, for solo games. If you want to know what the story was about think "Angel Heart" with Mickey Rourke as a computer game with the D&D system.

Since it seems that planescape is almost impossible to find in some places , and buying it from Ebay doesnt get black isle any money, would it be wrong to burn copies for people in the forums who cant find it for sale?? It is out of print after all.

PST spoiler to give a brief description of the plot to Kakero:
- - - - - The Nameless One got his mortality removed because he was going to hell. If he didn't die, he wouldn't go to hell. His mortality then assumed a shape and form and killed him, because whenever he died, he lost his memories. Without his memories he would be incapable of merging with it once more, thereby killing it. The game is all about finding this bit of info out and then getting your mortality back. The end... Well... That's The Nameless One Going to hell where demons and devils battle each other for all eternity in a gigantic war. |
