I, too, had this happen to me. I reloaded and tried something slightly different, and she never turned hostile--what I did was simply to kill the mad Gnome out of her sight range. Apparently, even though the Gnome is not classified as an "innocent" NPC, Tamah seems to think he is, and gets ornery when you whack him. I'd say this was definite bug material.

Well, that sounds possible, but I'm almost sure that I found her before I even messed with the Gnome or whatever. Maybe I'm mistaken. Oh, by the way, is that the same guy who petrified Branwen. I remember her mentioning something about a mage who did that to her, but I assumed that he would either be in Baldur's Gate (the actual city), or in a little fortess of his very own, not just wandering around aimlessly with a buch of Basilisks.

Actually the wizard who petrified Branwen is named Tranzig. He can be found at the Feldepost Inn.

Hmm... guess I'll have to check it out next time I Start up BG again (I'm almost finished, but put the ending on hold until I had mover farther in IWD and PS:T). Where exactly is he, and what exactly happens. He must be up stairs cause I've been to Feldpost's a million times since I got Branwen, and I've never had anything happen in there.

It must be in Chapter 2. He gets you the Bandit Camp location if you play your cards right. He is indeed on the second floor of the inn. in a room right next to the stairs.

So there's no Branwen-Tranzig face off. Man, that kinda lowers the interest in the subject. Well, i picked up branwen in chapter 4, because i had no huge ddesire to explore the circus just yet.
