Oh, I don't know about longest road, never tried it. I'm only talking Ascension/Redemption.

I'm reasonably sure about the following, but not 100%...
With just Ascension installed, you can get Balthazar (if you're good) or Bodhi (if you're evil) as not-in-party helpers. They're green-circled, though, so you can control them. With Redemption installed, you can get Irenicus as an in-party member when you enter the Throne, assuming you have a free slot & choose the "right" responses. With The Longer Road, you can have Irenicus as an in-party member for all of ToB (well, once you get to the Pocket Plane for the first time, that is), assuming you have a free slot & choose the "right" responses with Ellesime in The Glade. - Imrahil |
