Sarevok had a good ending imho. Cool to read about the 'so much rage' thing.

Of course, but she is usually skewered on the end of my blade anyway... [/QUOTE]Yeah, having her equipped with what is arguably the best armor in the game (Not counting ToSC) sort of helps the player choose what course of action to take, doesn't it?

Um...no. From a roleplaying perspective, she was party to the killing of my foster father. Killing her is revenge, nothing more. I killed her the first time I played through BG1, and had no idea about the armor. Unless I'm playing a really goody-two-shoes, she gets ventilated.

It's not bad, just a little lacking. It also seems a little inappropriate if you succeeded in changing him to good (maybe have two endings, with the good Sarevok getting a slightly different ending, like sticking with you after the party breaks up).

A major flaw I found in the ending was the party breaking up. Is it not realistic to believe that perhaps some of the group would stick together? Imoen, at the very least, might remain with the PC... If at all possible... So I don't know.

And Nerull, I wasn't being serious.

True there. But I think they wanted to give each NPC an ending, unlike other games where the party "rides off into the sunset". In that way I am glad (I hate the "open ended ending").

Wasn't sure, so I just thought I would answer. But then again, if you know the armor is there, it does tend to influence your decision (the evil little powergamer sits on your shoulder, strokes his horns, and says "kill her...get the armor").

My favorite would have to be Nalia's because she does exactly what she had been planning on doing.
I thought Jaheira's was a bit unfair, with her not getting any sort of closure. Hers was my least favorite.

Illumina, what was the peaceful solution? I could never seem to get it

My favorite ending was Viconia's ending (Non-Romanced, never got the Romanced one but I know how that ends). They didn't say whether she was good or evil, but the image of her bowing just once in front of the Surface Elves, elves she's been taught to hate all of her life, is a great one in my mind. It shows some characterization, IMO, on her. Also, I like the idea of her hailed as an Elven Hero by the Elves of Suldalessanar (Spelling?).

My least favorite would be Jaheira's Non-Romanced ending. It seems to go out-of-character if the PC sought the Peaceful Solutions for Jaheira's Harper Quests in SoA, and got the Harper Pin for her. I always thought that Jaheira finally found peace after that moment.

And since I can't resist, my second favorite is Korgan's because it fits him so well! Jan is a third, Edwin fourth, and Anomen's fifth (Non-Romanced), which I liked because he regained his faith eventually and lead a mighty heroic moment.

With high Char, you can persuade Sarevok's true love not to fight (you need to pick the correct answers in the conversation, leading her to realize her action by herself).

btw, don't we have to kill her all over again in ToB, regardlessly what we do in BG1?

btw, to those who love the Jaheira Romance as I do, I highly recommend the Flirt Pack mod. The end story of romance Jaheira is even better imo.

That's just a phantom of her, I believe.

yes, it is; that's why we can kill her all over again~~ and it probably indicates that killing her is a more popular BG1 resolution.
