You should check it out for yourself: even in BG1 the C/R receives all Druid spells (upto 4th level). This could be considdered a flaw (because Rangers should only be able to cast spells from the Plant spheres), but there's nothing I can do about that. The fact is that my C/R (with the XP-cap on) has access to all these spells. Anyway, the vfact that he can only reach level 7/7 in BG1 is of no importance at all - BG2 will allow him to level up in no time (and become very powerful, cfg. IWD). And to say that he struggled in BG1, well no.

BTW, why do you ask Rikard (and me, indirectly), why he keeps on posting about the C/R? I can see nothing OT with this. The C/R is a Cleric too...

i have never played a cleric/ranger so i didnt know except from in theory that in bgI wasnt followed exactly.thats of cource tha main reason i was saying about cleric and not c/r cause cleric i have played till the end so i wrote this topic about clerics against fighter/druids not all the others cause i know clerics and i know fighter/druids.
