I don't think he is kidding in the least.
This is the second time this week alone that Ziroc et al have banned someone for bragging about pirating software. I don't blame them for banning either one of those guys one bit!

Heartily agree with banning pirates and supporting companies that do good work.
Getting back to the original question I have to say that I don't mind the huge battles I get into. My home-grown party is high enough level to have special abilities, I have tons of good items and weapons and I need the challenge of big battles to try out all the possibilities. For the few dollars the single expansion CD costs I am getting lots of playing time and real mental exercise! I would have to spend hundreds of bucks to get the same amount of entertainment [timewise] from movies.

I really enjoyed Baldur's gate2, but.. I couldn't have it without Throne of Bhaal. It was simply fitting, like the ending book in a great trilogy. The abundance in battles is kinda' obvious, in my understanding. You are being hunted after all, as opposed to venturing on your merry little way as you are in a majority of SoA. =]

Hmm... I agree with you guys on some things in the regards to pirating. If you like a game (or an add on), you should buy it. If you would never buy it in a million years, how would pirating hurt the company? However, since it IS illegal, I don't know why you WOULDN'T delete a person who admits that.
HEY! ICEWIND DALE WAS A BETTER GAME IN MANY WAYS THAN BG SERIES! IWD had FAR better history and culture (not just generic peasant village from medieval era), they had the barbarian tribes, yuan'ti society, elf soceity ect... This deepened the storyline a bit. I felt good for helping the hand. I felt happy to attack Nym. It also had WAAAAAAY bettter portraits and such a better sound track that it isn't even funny. IWD was actually a JOY to listen to. Oh, have you played Trials of the Luremaster yet? If not, STFU about the entire IWD series being based on fighting. It's also got better fighting anyway... ![]() DON'T KNOCK IWD! |
