I recently ran through the game with an Assassin and to echo everyone else the poison weapon ability was the best part. I liked using arrows of detonation with the poison weapon as it poisoned everyone affected by the blast of the arrow. The only problem is they are hard to come by, especially early in the game. The weapon shop above the Adventurers Mart has a guy in the corner who has them and arrows of dispelling. Have you Assassin swipe the detonation, disspelling and biting arrows. That along with the Tugian bow and you have yourself a killing machine. You can let your tanks go in and then your Assassin can sit back and take out the mages and clerics first and then help with the others.
