I love the pureclassed Cleric, mainly because since they at first seem so weak, it's very rewarding when you do unlock their potential, both as fighters and spellcasters. Being one of the underdogs of the series definitely works to their advantage too.
Second favourite would be Swashbuckler. The idea of a pureclassed thief that can fight as well as any warrior appeals to me, with ToB it is easily the most versatile single class of the game.
