My last game of SOA took 241 days
 I had Ease-Of-Use mod: Multiple Strongholds componant, and I did every class stronghold quests 100% (except a couple I wasn't interested in). Could have done it in less if I bounced from one to the next, but it got too complex to manage so I just stayed put, completing each stronghold to conclusion.
