However, in my experience, ApR is more important than Speed Factor...

An unenchanted ninjato has a speed factor of 5, an unenchanted dagger a speed factor of 2. Generally, the enchantment's strength will be subtracted from a weapon's speed factor (ie, a dagger +2 will have a speed factor of 0, a ninjato +1 will have a speed factor of 4, and a halberd +4 will have a speed factor of 5).
