Whoops. Okay, Breach normally won't work (even one in a CC). However, the Breach from a Wish will work. Since you don't have it, yes, you'll probably have to stick to the wait out method.
All of the spells which have to be targeted on a creature will be blocked by Imp. Invisibility

im-a wondering how the lich is able to cast imp. invisibility and the SI's on him self...theyre all lvl. 5-and-down spells...

It's like Globe of Invulnerability. You're able to affect yourself with spells [of levels 1-5] , but enemy spells [of levels 1-5] won't affect you.
