As long as you extract them ALL first before installing, you should be fine. Note that by "extracting", I mean to the point where you have Setup-thisMod.exe , Setup-thisMod.tp2 (or thisMod.tp2), and a subfolder within the BG2 folder relating to that mod. Just to be safe, you may want to run the one with the highest WeiDU version first - this will then update all of the other installers in the folder to that version.
