Funny that transmuters and abjurers seems to suck for almost the same reasons.

(Note: There are still a few small errors, such as the fact that Wizard Eye is not classified as a Divination spell. Ooops. But it's mostly all good.)

@SixofSpades

Your table shows that Invokers are actually a wise choice because the Enchantment spells they are limited from are topped at lvl5 and the only "must-have" spell they don't get is greater Malison. They can cast ANY lvl6+ spell.
So gameplayingwise it may make sense to limit them from using armor/ghost armor. But how is this explained and why can scrolls be cast but not written?

No one reads my replies. It works that way in BG1. I am assuming they forgot to remedy it in BGT.

ADD] In BG1, you could still cast scrolls that belong to your opposition school, but not scribe them.

Faceman, your reply would be correct if the Enchantment/Charm school was the Invokers' only Opposition School. But it is NOT. Read the whole table, and see that the Conjuration/Summoning school is barred to Invokers as well. This means that Invokers lose the great Enchantment spells of:
Greater Malison
Emotion: Hopelessness
Chaos
and Feeblemind,
as well as the Conjuration spells of
Armor
Melf's Acid Arrow
Flame Arrow
Spider Spawn
Monster Summoning III
Power Word: Silence
Limited Wish
Power Word: Stun
Summon Hakeashar
Maze
Symbol: Stun
Wish

Which, all in all, is quite a lot to be prohibited from, especially since not a single one of those spells is available in Wand form (although a Wand of Paralyzation could simulate Emotion and Stun pretty well).

I read your replies Dundee (unlike someone looking for a ranged crossbow I value them )

What puzzles me is that it only applies to TWO spells (Armor, Ghost Armor) which can be cast but not scribed whereas everything else (e.g. scribing Monster Summoning) works fine.

Well I think I'm going to give them a bug report but
ONE last question. What would the CANs/CANNOTs be if I had common SoA installed?
