I figured Berserker Rage was excluded from it since Ranger and Barbarian Rage didn't work.

i used keldorn with the holy avenger and the ring of the ram worked really well. kept my main character out of harms way and used freedom scrols to bring back any imprisioned party members.

urm...that's just good tactics...cheesy is casting protection from magic ON kangaxx...he can't cast spells...

gangrell, berserker rage will protect from imprisonment...barbarian rage will protect you depending on which patches are installed...someone here took a look at the scripting, and if character is state enraged, kangaxx, depending on which patches are installed, will not try to imprison the enraged character...

but berserker enrage has an actual immunity effect to the spell... [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I'm embarrassed to mention this, but a cheesy way of beating Kangaxx is to put a few traps in the upper corner of the room and a few traps where he spawns. Then once the first set of traps kills the first incarnation; use the Ring of the Ram to push the demi-lich form into the second set. I tend to only used this method if I am soloing a thief, though.
