I've occasionally encountered a lich when I've gone to the Temple Ruins/Shade Lord quest in chapter 6: He pops up in the little side-room off the bit with the pool of fire (before you return Amaunators bones). Guess this encounter is level dependant coz I've certainly not encountered him when I've done this in Chapter 3

I also play with -always toughest dungeon spawn-, liches seem to grow from trees but I never encountered a lich there before
I did encounter Greater Mummies and the like, without the lich though... and on earlier levels a yuan-ti mage with escort ...
Guess the Yuan-ti mage died waiting and was resurrected or something

Speaking of liches, when I was trying to clear them out, I remember obtaining a gold skull, gold ribcage(?), etc from different ones. Seemed to me that there was a set (I thought of 4) that might make something. I only got 3 of what I thought were 4 parts -- did I miss something, or was this set of gold bones only in my head?

I will have to echo Rataxes and say, "Wha?"

I guess the "Always Toughest Mod" must have missed out this location.

Aside from this, did I miss out any Lich(es)? I seem to recall that there were more in SoA... ...

Excluding Mods, your list is an exact copy of my list save for one thing. You forgot to mention that you can encounter two Liches in the Temple Ruins, both of which are level dependant.

Regarding the Mod ones, you mentioned the Sacrificial Death Pit's Lich twice, and forgot the two Liches that make up Kangaxx's Guardians.

Aahh yes I see, I didn't copy your list Dundee (It was however helpfull), as you can see I added some specific details about the locations and names of the different liches and added some of the lich additions made by Tactics.

I already made such a list a couple of months ago in a different thread about the locations of liches in the Athkalta region (and why there are so many of them) . But no harm done.

I forgot to remove the first Sacrificial Death Pit lich, and those two guardians slipped my mind.

Sacrificial Death Pit lich

Exactly where is this one? The sacrificial pit is where the Ghoul Town is located, and you already mentioned the Lich placed there.
